Parent Night:
Our Curriculum Night – on Thursday, September 15th is from 6:00 – 8:00 pm; this will be
a great first opportunity for you to learn about some key things I want you to know and will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions. There will two
repeating presentations from each teacher and then time for you to ask questions
afterwards. This time will facilitate the connections between home and school and better
prepare us for the first conferences in early October.
Please drop in to our classroom (Mrs. Brar's class Room 116)
Clothing Drive:
Our first in-school fundraiser is happening right now! The clothes your children just out grew…can be
donated to go to a good cause and raise funds for our school. You can drop off used
clothes for reusing or recycling at the school any day until September 22nd. The clothes, shoes,
sheets, blankets, etc. will be given to people who otherwise would not be able to afford
them. If the clothing is well-worn is not able to be given to someone else to wear, the fabric
is weighed, processed and recycled. All proceeds will be directed to our Parent Society
who will be working in conjunction with our School Council and School Administration to
decide which projects will be supported by these funds. Follow this link for more
