Today was our first day visiting our new learning commons! We are so lucky to have brand new books for our school. Each student will come home today with a book that they have chosen to read in a plastic bag. Please support your child in reading the book with them and caring for the books while they are borrowed. Due to some severe allergies in the school, we ask that students are not eating around the books and are keeping them away from pets.First:
We use our browsing stick to hold the place of the book we want to look at.
Then:
We line up with our book, cards and browsing stick
Last:
Visit Mrs. Brock to sign out our books! We return the stick, give Mrs. Brar our cards and put our books in our plastic bags! They're ready to go home
