Today we started practiced our song and dance for the assembly! Our class, along with Ms. Bakkan's class and the grade 3 students, will be presenting some of our learning on Friday, April 28th at 8:30am. All parents are welcome! The assembly should take about 30-45 minutes (start to end). Please come watch us show off our reading skills and share a song and dance about the season of Spring!
Volunteers Needed!
Dear Parents, On May 8 and 9, all grade one students will be participating in an in-school field trip. Here is what they will be participating in...
Let’s build a zoo!
Working in groups, students will explore a variety of materials and fasteners as they construct zoo enclosures. Students will also construct their own 3D animal and will take the entire project home. Join our zookeeper on this building adventure!
Our class will be participating in the program on May 8th in the morning and we will require 4 parent volunteers to help us during this time. The time commitment would be 2 hours (9-11) and all volunteers must have CBE clearance. If you think you would be able to help us during this time, please email me at sibrar@cbe.ab.ca
