We have been doing a lot of work with subitizing and wanted to talk about what 7, 8, 9, and 10 looks like in our heads. We shared a few different examples. Using the dot cards, we talked about the way we see numbers...

Students then drew how they see these numbers in their heads in an arrangement of dots and added a number sentence to explain.
